Modular Arch Shaped Panel – White foils balloons offer a unique option to creating balloon arches! Great for birthdays, weddings, grand openings and more! Modular panels are designed with a tie point in each corner, allowing you to connect one panel to another. Modular arches are recommended to be air-inflated and attached to framing poles. This balloon includes a self-sealing valve, preventing the air from escaping after it’s inflated. Balloon arrives uninflated.

IMPORTANT: To comply with the California Balloon Law and local laws outside of California, this balloon should be inflated with air only. If helium-filled foil balloons are released outdoors or near power lines, it may cause power outages.
